This data protection statement explains the kind, the scope and the purpose of collecting and using data within the websites and the online presence of BAU INTERNATIONAL as data protection responsible (in the following referred to as “we” or “us”).
Personal data are information, which can be used explicitly to learn about your identity. Information, such as username, messages or comments are excluded.
We save and use your personal data solely to statistically evaluate the website, to get in touch with a form and in the online application.

We do not pass on personal data on to third parties. Solely to process your order service partners receive your address. In those cases, the transmission takes place within the Federal Data Protection Act, the amount of transmitted Data is restricted to the required minimum.

We ensure you, that we treat your information confidentially. In the process of applying, you’ll create a user account with which you’ll be able to look at the collected data. This data, including your user account, will solely be used and processed as part of the application, if applicable forwarded and used. As a result of this, we use your contact data during the application process to inform you about the progress of your application.

Due to security reasons, we’ll send you an e-mail to confirm the application, after you applied online. By registering your application, you agree to be contacted and informed in written form/or by telephone.
We do not under any circumstances collect data of the following kind: race, gender, ethnical background, religion or ideology, disability, age or sexual identity. We don’t need information, which can’t be processed according to German General Equal Treatment Act or the international Equal Treatment Act.
With whom do we share your personal data?
The information you share with us, are treated confidentially and only passed on to people within BAU INTERNATIONAL, who are directly included in the application process. The according employees of BAU INTERNATIONAL can be located in Germany or a different EU-country, or a different foreign country.
Editing and deleting your application
You can block, adjust or delete your application at any and ask us to assist you when doing so. Please contact our protection officer Turgut Tülü in this case. This doesn’t apply, as soon as legal regulations prevent the deletion or further saving for the purpose of a demonstration is necessary. Personal data will be deleted after the closure of the application process, or latest after 24 months of closure of the application process deleted. If your application concludes in a contract, your data can be stored and used for the standard organisation and administration process, regarding the relevant legal requirements. Of course, you have the right to take back your application or request the deletion of your personal data at any time.
If you enter data as part of your application, through the application tool, without completing the process, said data will be deleted after the application deadline ended. Your user account will be deleted alongside the collected data.
Please note that data transmission over the internet (e. g. communication via e-mail) may be vulnerable to security breaches. Data may not be completely protected from being accessed by third parties. We hereby expressly prohibit the use of the contact data collected as part of our duty for the purpose of sending any advertising or informational materials that we have not expressly requested. The operators of the website expressly reserve the right to pursue legal steps in the event of unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as through spam mail.
