Oliver Sachse studied architecture and urban planning at the TU Darmstadt. He worked for several years in the studio Coop Himmelb(l)au in Guadalajara, Mexico, and Vienna. In 2009 he joined the Institute of Architecture of the TU Berlin as Wiss.Mitarbeiter.
In 2011 he founded Pfeiffer Sachse Architekten. The work of the office has been received the BDA Award Saarland and the German Verzinkerpreis for the realization of the landmark Duhamel, Saarland.
Mr. Sachse has been teaching since 2014 as a lecturer in design and construction at the Technical University of Berlin, Department of Architecture and Degree Program Stage Design, as well as Building Technology at the Beuth University Berlin. Currently he is an Associate Partner and Design Director at GBP Architekten, Berlin.
